WHY I ATTEND THE NMA CONVENTION
It is important for doctors to attend NMA Conventions in order to stay ahead of the curve in this rapidly changing healthcare environment. The NMA Convention is the most dynamic conference around providing a plethora of experts and quality CME discussing topics of importance to both my clinical practice and the business of medicine. If you are interested in value added not just volume added healthcare for the communities we serve, then the NMA is where you need to come to stay informed and get prepared for the changes in healthcare especially as they impact our African American patients. Lastly, I enjoy the convention because it provides me an opportunity to reconnect with old friends and interact with the next generation of physicians.
